Description: Seifer is, basically, the main character Squall's rival. The two young men are gunblade users, the only two at Balamb Garden where they are both training to be SeeD, elite mercenaries. Seifer is a strong fighter but is rash, obnoxious, loudmouthed, and has his own idea of doing things--which frequently isn't what he's been ordered to do. This insubordinance is the reason he never passed the SeeD exam, despite being fully qualified otherwise. He's taken the SeeD exam multiple times, but it seems there's something else he wants to do: He wants to fullfill a romantic dream...
